TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our Shipping or Returns pages for further information.

In order to contract with YOUNG you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Uniqlo retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The prices on the website exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed, where applicable, and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

In describing the products available to purchase online, YOUNG attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, YOUNG does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any YOUNG Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by YOUNG itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PAYMENT

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

DISCOUNT CODES

YOUNG may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from YOUNG are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

OUR RIGHTS IN THE GOODS

All ownership rights known as intellectual property rights in the goods including all designs, trademarks, brand names, images and logos are and shall remain our property or those of our licensors. At no time shall any rights, title or interest in the intellectual property rights pass to you.

POSTS

The Website might allow you to post comments, reviews or other contents. You acknowledge that such content might be publicly displayed and accessible (whether by design on the Website, as a screen capture by others on other platforms, or any other means) and agree to be solely responsible for all consequences such post might entail. All content you store or post on the Website are your sole responsibility. You confirm that you have the legal rights to store and post such content.

6. At any time, we may suspend or delete your account or limit your access to the Website including its contents and functions. We may do so if you have breached these Terms, if we believe that the law requires us to do so or for any other reason at our sole and absolute discretion. We are not obliged to notify you about the suspension or deletion or give you reasons or compensate you for it. We are also not obliged to enable you to retrieve any data saved on our servers, except as mentioned. However, we may at our sole and absolute discretion refund the excess portion of fees (if any). We are not liable for any loss you may suffer due to the suspension or deletion.

For your convenience, we may include hyperlinks to other websites or content on the Platform that are owned or operated by third parties. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and a Contract (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Malaysian Law. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

VARIATION

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

When you submit an Order to the Site, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your Order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your Order.
