In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. manufacturing defect, wrong item/type/etc, change of mind, unsuitable), you can request for a return. Kindly contact our Customer Service Representative here, select the option “Returns: Request for Return.” and send us an email before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
Although we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, if you believe you have received a faulty/incorrect item, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
YOUNG will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed.The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
Procedure to request for return as follows:
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. If you are requesting for return due to change of mind, unsuitable or at no reasons, you are required to bear the cost of the return of the items to YOUNG.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less.
Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-3 working days for the refund to be made by YOUNG to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
If the product(s) has been discounted by coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order is not eligible for any refund.
Please note, that YOUNG will not be able to refund any additional charges, such as import taxes/customs duties, or cross border fees, applied by your local customs office or bank.
As YOUNG operates the site in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and US Dollars, YOUNG is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than US Dollars. We will not refund any bank charges.
As bank account details are not stored by YOUNG in any of the systems and will be transmitted in encrypted format only, you are required to provide us bank account details for us to proceed with your refund. The onus of entering the bank account details correctly is only on the customer. If customer entered the bank account details incorrectly, YOUNG is not liable for any loss.

Kindly note that refund might take longer if there is a delay in reply.
Please be informed that we are unable to exchange the item you return at this time. However, you can return the unwanted item for a refund, and proceed to place a new order. Kindly refer to our Return Policy if you would like to lodge for a return.
YOUNG reserves the right to deny a refund if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
