GETTING STARTED

To be able to shop at our Website, you will need to register an account with us. To do this you will need an email address and phone number. Setting up an account will also allow you to order without having to fill in your name and address details every time you shop and will also give additional benefits such as regular newsletters, you'll also be one of the first to know when we have special offers and discounts. Once registered, you can update your details using the My Account section. If you need to add an alternative shipping address, simply click the link to enter a new address within the Address Book section of My Account.
For your account security you will be asked to set up a password to your account. If you are unable to remember your password simply select "Forgotten Password" on the Login page, you will then need to input your email address and follow the steps in the email to reset your password. If you are still having problems you will need to contact Customer Services who will reset it for you. After that you will be able to re-assign a new password at your leisure using the Account section.
To find the product you wish to buy you can either search by description using the search facility located in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively if you see an area of interest use the categories displayed on our site, this will guide you to a product listing and when you click on a product this will take you to the product page. From the product page you can add the product to your cart.
Yes, you need to login to your account to complete your purchase.
To subscribe to our newsletter, simply tick this box when you register an account with us.
To mark a product and place it in your wishlist, an "Add To Wishlist" button is available on the side bar of your desired item. Once clicked, you can then view your items under "Wishlist" on the top navigation tab.

No, you are not allowed to shop at YOUNG without registered as a member.
We apologize that we are unable to take any order over the phone.

Yes, all prices displayed are inclusive of taxes & SST.
Be aware that some banks may consider your purchase an international purchase and charge a small transaction fee according to their policies. YOUNG doesn't charge this fee or control when your bank will charge it, hence YOUNG will not compensate these charges. We'll only charge you for the order total displayed during checkout. You can check with your bank for more information.
Please note that if the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market, extra fees will be charged for import taxes/customs duties upon delivery. YOUNG does not compensate these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.
Upon payment success, you will receive an on-screen prompts to inform you that the payment has been received. At the same time, you will also receive an invoice from us.
You will receive an email from us with your order summary enclosed. The order summary will contain your order number and details of your purchased items. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received by us. You will receive another email confirmation from us with the delivery details and tracking information. Alternatively, you can always login to your YOUNG account and check your Order History in My Account.
Please check in "Order". After your order is posted out, your Order status will change from "Paid" to "Posted" with a courier company tracking number attached. ( with link ) I am unable to add my selected item to my cart, why is this happening? Your selected item might have a limited stock quantity. If you are unable to select the item to your cart, there are high chances that someone else already did the product is now Out Of Stock. Kindly refresh the page after the stock to be updated and you may try again.

If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, simply click “Notify Me” and we will notify you when the stocks are available. Alternatively, you can always check us out as we continually launch new items to you.
YOUNG will not guarantee the availability of items until the checkout process is completed with payment.
You will have to remove the out of stock items from your cart before proceeding to check out.
YOUNG will process your order within 1-3 working days and refund will be made to your bank account within 1-14 working days.

PROMOTION & DISCOUNT

These offers exclusive discount or promotion. To redeem the e-coupon, you will need to key-in the valid code received when you check out.
The error message should tell you what the issue is with your coupon code, else please check the below:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are delivered through our designated carrier and will require a signature upon delivery. We will take 1-2 working days to process the order and deliver it to you right after. Please refer to our Delivery & Shipping policy for more detailed information.
Yes, YOUNG is pleased to offer international shipping, Select items are excluded from international shipping. International order totals cannot exceed $1,500 USD & International orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
You will receive a price quote in local currency for shipping fees including any applicable fees for the country you selected at checkout. Please note that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”).
We promise to prepare and deliver your items as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that YOUNG does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can. *During peak periods, there will be slight changes in delivery due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Kindly ensure all the information is correct prior to placing an order. If you must change the shipping address, cancel your order and place it again. Please contact us if you’re unable to cancel your order.
All our delivery orders are trackable. Once your order is ready to be shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking code will be sent to you. If you have a confirmation tracking number, follow the link below for the parcel shipment status. https://www.tracking.my/ *It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent.
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and items details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business day after your item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have been handover to our respective courier partner. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.
It is advised that you track your order with the tracking number given and arrange with the courier for pick up. Should the parcel of your purchased order is unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the purchased order may be disposed after stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund you for the total amount that you had spent on your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact our Customer Service Representative and let us know the details of your package.Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.
Procedure to request for return as follows:
  1. Contact our Customer Service Representative here, select the option “Returns: Request for Return.” and send us an email before returning the item
  2. Provide our Customer Service Representative your order details and reason for returns.
  3. Print out your return form(s) that will be provided by our Customer Service team via email.
  4. Insert your return form into the return parcel, then seal the parcel.
  5. Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns
  6. Take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service as reference.
  1. Product return request must be made within 7 working days from the date of receival.
  2. Return items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.
  3. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.
  4. Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for return and exchange.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-3 working days for the refund to be made by YOUNG to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
Before we can start processing your refund, we need to make sure that your returned products meet our return's condition. As long as your product(s) meet the above criteria, we can reimburse your purchase price .If your returned product(s) don't meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won't be able to give you a refund.
Please be informed that we are unable to exchange the item you return at this time. However, you can return the unwanted item for a refund, and proceed to place a new order. Kindly refer to our Return Policy if you would like to lodge for a return.
We will refund your shipping costs when possible. In some cases, for example YOUNG deliver wrong item or there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, your entire shipping costs can be refunded. If you are requesting for return due to change of mind, unsuitable or at no reasons, you are required to bear the cost of the return of the items to YOUNG.
